All of our therapists and assistants are licensed, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and other sciences. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get you back to your highest level of function.


Brock Price

Licensed Physical Therapist
Corporate Director

Dr. Brock Price is the owner and director of Coach House Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center. He has a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from James Madison University, a Masters of Education in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from University of Virginia, a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Neumann University, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the Union Institute in Cardiovascular Physiology.

Brock has continued his education by completing the McKenzie method of treatment for the cervical and lumbar spine, Myofascial Release, Strain Counter Strain, and the Mulligan Series on treating the cervical and lumbar spines, as well as, extremities. He opened Coach House Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center in 1992 and has been serving the Woodbridge, Dumfries, Dale City, and Northern Stafford areas for over 25 years. He has also been inducted as a life member into the International Academy of Preventative Medicine.


Kimberly Tyborowski

Licensed Physical Therapist
Clinic Director

Dr. Kimberly Tyborowski graduated with a B.S. in Athletic Training in 2009 and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012 from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified Athletic Trainer with experience working with middle school through Division I Collegiate athletes.

Kim is certified in Integrative Dry Needling which uses acupuncture needles to relieve inflammation, pain, and muscle spasming. Kim is also trained in McKenzie, Maitland, Mulligan, Strain Counterstrain, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilizations, and cupping techniques. She is experienced in a wide spectrum of orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and cardiovascular conditions in all ages of patients. Kim uses functional movement screenings, manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercise to treat the cause of each patient’s problems.


Bryan Hutton

Licensed Physical Therapist

Dr. Bryan Hutton graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences in 2012 from James Madison University and then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2018 from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. He has a background in personal training and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also certified with using Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.

Bryan has personal experience in basketball and rugby as well as a passion for weightlifting. He has experience with patients from numerous backgrounds and all ages. Bryan takes pride in educating his patients on the human body and why therapy is necessary for optimal recovery.


Samantha Price, PTA
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Sam received her degree from ECPI: MCI University, July 2017. Sam started working at Coach House in September of 2017. During her clinical experiences, Sam had the opportunity to work in skilled nursing and outpatient facilities allowing experience with orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric patients. Sam has continued her education in Maitland and Strain Counterstrain techniques. Sam plans to continue her education in the future.


Maddie Lee
Physical Therapy Aide

Maddie recently moved here from Virginia Beach with her husband who currently serves in the United States Navy. She went to school for Dental Assisting but is currently finding a passion in physical therapy. She loves her dog Kevin, the beach, camping, and shopping.


Ashley Olds, PTA
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Ashley received her B.S. in Biological Sciences in 2006 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Associate's degree from NVCC in 2019. Her clinical affiliations allowed her to gain exposure in both acute care and outpatient settings. Prior to acquiring her license, she worked as an aide in outpatient physical therapy for ten years. In her downtime, she moonlights as a writer for health and wellness articles, enjoys nature, paints, and trains in mixed martial arts. She looks forward to continuing her education in this field to better serve her patients.


Vera Riley
Physical Therapy Aide

Vera is a pre-DPT student, currently taking her prerequisites before applying to physical therapy school. She has a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology and Linguistics. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog. She also loves pizza.



Casey Stanley

Marketing Director

Casey graduated Concord University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently furthering his education. He works with his colleagues to provide medical billing solutions for the clinic. He also enjoys the fishing, camping, and cooking.


Chay Hubbard

Front Desk Receptionist

Chay graduated from Everest College in 2014 with a certificate in medical administrative assitant. She is looking to continue her education in the future as a registered nurse. She enjoys traveling, food, and social activities with her son.
